However, Sage isn’t the only Cloud package available and we are happy to work with whatever is right for you, the client.
What is Sage One?
Sage One is a Cloud based software package which will give you access to your accounts data on a tablet, phone or computer from anywhere there is an internet connection. It is a monthly subscription based package that you can upgrade or cancel at any time, so there are no up-front costs, no software packages to download and install and no tie ins. As you have access to your software online you can be confident in the knowledge that you are always working with the most up to date features available.
So what are the benefits for me?
There are numerous benefits to computerising your book-keeping with Cloud software. The main features are that you will have far more financial information to hand than if you use an excel spreadsheet or manual cash book. You can see who owes you money, your bank balance, who you owe money to and if you are making a profit, all important areas of running a business. The biggest benefit is that as the information is held on the Cloud, we as your accountant can, (with your permission and a separate password), have access to your data instantly. If you need help with a VAT return, need your accounts preparing quickly for a meeting, or simply need someone to keep an eye on your book-keeping throughout the year then you do not have to send us back ups and wait for us to send you corrections, it is all available instantly.
